I got a 72oz Weight and Muscle Gainer powder thingy, so as it says a few hours before you workout you drink one. Somehow it gives me diahrea like an hour after I drink it. Is that normal?

this probably means that you're taking way too much and that your body can't digest it. This happens with anything that is protein rich. Beans and other foods will do this too. Try only half the amount next time and see what happens. Your body will need a bit of time to adjust to it too. I'd start with a smaller amount first and slowly work your way up.
It's better to have a small amount get digested than have the whole thing just pass right through ya... just like throwing money out the window.

You possibly could be lactose & tolerant....look at the ingrediants n see if you can compare it to any other foods.

Shoot that might be true too. Never thought of that. My brother can't handle anything with Soy protein. Goes right through him. He's also lactose intollerant.

isn't that also a good thing, or are you talking about the protein drink thats it goes right through me. Cause I'm thinking if its not the drink and its other foods etc.. it is a good way to loose some pounds?

No, I'm talking about the protein drink. I don't think that it's a good thing that anything goes "right through" ya. You colone wasn't meant to operate like that. I'd figure out better ways to loose weight ;) Unless you like hanging out near washrooms for fun :)

even though it might come "all through" it doesnt meen that you still dont have protein in ur body....its just i guess...the milk stuff or w/e

Could depend on the type of protein you are consuming. Some inferior proteins tend to bloat you up, and go right through you. Also, you may cut down on your dose. Try what is a very anabolic training regimine, take half before training to flood your system with aminos and the other half immediately after. And mix it with water, will help if you are lactose intolerant. Good luck.
