Hello. I'm 21, and the mother of 2 children. I'm 5'3 and aprox. 116 lbs. I only want to loose 10-15 lbs. But I definatly want to tone. I'm doing the at home work out plan + the ab specialization. Tomorrow I start my first day of working out. My problem is my diet. I have no clue how to even go about a healthy, workout appropriate diet. Today I ate a cherry coke & 1 serving of animal crackers for breakfast. Then I had a bowl of beanie weanies and a glass of gatorade for lunch. And for dinner I had 2 chocolate chip cookies, a glass of whole milk, and 2 servings of animal crackers. I get that this is really aweful, but I have no clue where to even start.
Any feedback or advice would be really appreciated.
