Hi I need help with shoulder pain. I have been working out for 3 months and just starting to show some progress, last week I noticed pain in my shoulder( I assume it is tendon impingement, from the research I have done) I rested for about 4 days and it was starting to feel better, today I started to work out again and while doing bench press the pain came back and I couldn't finish. I know I need to rest for a while but how long? And will I be able to resume my workouts at the same level? Is there anyone who has had the same experience with this and can help me out?
