hi i am 16 yrs old . i am 5'2 and my weight is 120. i still have fat on my belly thighs and bottom. please help me out i do lots of cardio i go to gym eat the proper diet. i am indian . i lost 20 pounds (10 kgs) but i want to lose 10 more pounds( 5 kgs more) please give me some advise. i do strength training daily.
