Hi All,
I just finished my 5th week of the Gain Muscle Mass & Size Training program (started from NEVER EVER having lifted a weight in my life). I thought the program was 12 weeks, but according to the week counts screen it seems to only be 8.. what do I do when the 8 weeks are over? So far its been the same exercises every week.
Must I choose another program or can I simply do the same program again but move from 3 days/wk Beginner to 3 days/wk Intermediate? Will that change the exercises? Actually, I don't mind doing the same thing every week, I just been reading that your body gets 'used' to them and you need to switch 'em up. Thx all!
FYI - I have seen some gains after 5 weeks, but I wish I saw more! This is the eternal question I have seen 1000 times but how long until I become "transformed"? I know everyone is different but whats a 'standard' answer? 12 weeks? 6 weeks? I just want to know if I am on track. I personally think I'm bust'in tail but have nothing to compare to etc... I guess it would be easier to answer that 5 weeks is not enough to make major gains huh?

Well first when you are done the program, change your personal statistics. (I bet you have changed alot) Maybe you put down as beginer for exercise, so you should move up to intermediate or advance.
It depends on how long it takes since each individual is different. First, finnish up the 8 week program. Then if you dont see any gains from that, do another 8 week program but put ur experience level up a notch or fill in some more reps. If that doesn't work do another 8 weeks and put advanced.
Just keep on going and going until you are pleased with your results. Then, by then, you can get in the program, with loose that extra fat (loose fat tone up), or progressive gains (add muscle but happy with ur weight)
The key is to work at your pace. Do what you feel is right. Once you've hit your goal, set another one...i hoped this helped;)
