I am a beginner and joined a Kung Fu and Kickboxing club. I love it. I go 3 times a week and I leave there tired and feeling accomplished. I have been doing this for 3 and I am on my 4th week. I know weight loss is a slow process as you have to train your body and building muscle and toning is also a slow process.... I am 4'11" and 137 pounds. I want to lose some weight and build strength. What can I do on top of the Kung Fu to help the process. How good is the Kung Fu workout?
