Hi I'm Erica. I'm 25 years old. I need some type of support, which is why i'm here. I was always the girl that stayed fit until I had my last child two yrs. ago. Overall I have 4 children. I'm finding it hard to motivate myself to lose the baby weight and find myself to be depressed and disgusted about the weight I've put on.Its affecting my relationship with others. With college, kids, and house taking over my days I need to know that it is possible to lose this weight.
Ran into a similiar situation some years ago myself, started out with small changes. Spent less time driving, more time walking if the distance was reasonable, or if public trans was available, at least to walk to bus stops transfers, etc. some type of activity. Anything that made me spend less time indoors near a fridge. Being active outdoors with your kids is great for so many reasons other than excercise. Don't overexert yourself, and don't become discouraged, you'll see results if you just make a plan and stick with it, I just thought I'd give a couple suggestions. Hope this is helpful to you.
