hi, i am not sure why i am given arm, chest and back exercises when i am trying to would glutes thighs and abs and i even selected that in my fitness personal training plan.
the 1st week is nothing but chest shoulders backs biceps triceps legs and calves. is it suppose to be full body workout? that's fine but i specifically wanted to work my lower body bc i am like a pear shape
