I have been on a diet and exercise regime for almost 4 months now. I have lost a significant amount of weight (from 80kg to 68kg). I have been doing brisk walking and playing basketball. Lately though I have been noticing that my weight is starting to go up again. I didn't make any significant change in my diet. (I actually stick to a meal plan that I did on my own so I would know what I'm eating.)I just made changes in my exercise regime doing alternate brisk walking and running, but still at the same amount of time as I did before. I always timed my exercises. So how come I'm putting on weight? :(
