hi everyone!!!
i am a new member of freetrainers.com.. happy to meet u all here and it is such a great site and hope it will help me out to reduce my weight giving proper fitness programs !!
I am an unmarried girl weighing about 127 lbs,and now am very much worried about the little weight I have gained and am soo depressed thinking of how to lose my weight now... I feel itz better to start up my exercise and diet programs by now rather than increasing moreeee...I am very upset,I have even lost my appearance and health too..
My target is around 106 lbs... Can anyone help me out to have a proper exercise and diet plan..?? Will be very grateful to the guiding hand...

Hi im 13 5'5 and 220 pounds i would LOVE to lose weight before summber which is like in 3 months... does anybody know any good workouts? PLZ HELP!
and my goal is 120 pounds but i wanna wokr some off in the summer and i have to hurry because i dont want to become a diebetic and diebetes runs in my mom and dads family on the side, and my dad and his family has bad hearts and its in our genes now thanxs to the parents :/ but plz help!!!! if you know any workouts plz tell! skip the introduction of juss saying hello say workouts of what i can do! PLZ HELP!

I recommend you to do exercising. This is a great weight loss tip. The exercises you can do are walking, jogging, weight training, running, and swimming

Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that goes in. Sometimes the garnishes can richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing that it was something that you should not have eaten. Selective memory you know?
