Well I had a set back I broke my toe and sprained my ankle but I did not let it lay me up for long. I lost inches in every stat and I am down to 190 lbs very happy and have so much energy I went on a 2 mile walk today. Love my new lifestyle.

Glad you love the new lifestyle. What are your goals?

Sucks about the toe and ankle. Take it easy!

My goal is to lose 50 lbs but most importantly get fit and active and stay that way. I want the lifestyle change to not only be for losing weight but for it to teach my babies to eat healthy and exercise don't feel that I can do that as a heavy parent. That is like saying No to giving them a milkshake and drinking an XLG one myself. I would like to have a tiny tummy and get my BMI in healthy range so I am not at risk for heart disease and anything else that is in danger. I want to be here to see my kids grow up and enjoy them.

I am a little confused maybe one of you can help me... were are you finding your routine for the week because I just filled out all the options and what I am looking for but there is nothing there for me... does that mean I do nothing for this week?

It usually starts at the beginning of the week. You click on Fitness Plan and then exercise Routine and then the week you are in. Good luck on your journey
