Ok I just found out on short notice a police department ive wanted to work for is taking applications. October 9th is the written test and id imagine the physical test wont be too far behind. I am not overweight or anything that poses a huge obstacle, but I am out of shape. I was wondering if anyone knew a good workout routine to get your bench press weight up, abs, pushups, amd sprint times up. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
