Hi Everyone,

The ratio between my quads and hamstrings is 2:1.
Is this where it should be or should they be equal?
If they should be equal, lay off of lifting more weight with my quads or add an additional hamstring exercise?

:) Melissa

ok, I guess I was not specific enough. sorry :(
Leg extension 100 lbs
Leg curl 50 lbs
thats what I meant by the 2:1 ratio.
Any ideas?

genrally speaking, adduction ('move away') muscles, such as the quads or triceps, are significiantly stronger than abduction muscles, like hams and biceps.

Thanks rev8ball.
Hmmm, I was wondering why my triceps were beginning to surpass my biceps. Now I know.
