I have a program set out but I do not know how to determine the time span between sets of reps? I think that you wait for a short time but can't seem to find out how long. Can someone set me straight?? Thank you in advance. Smokey

30-90 seconds, 30 if you're going light, 90 if you're going heavy.

We have all been newbies and we all had to learn our ways up. No questions are stupid so feel free to ask anytime. BUT sometimes try doing a search before and you'll find lots of great info....!!
