I am a 19 year old female 5'5 and 123 lbs. Workout 6 days a week (3 cardio, 3 weights). I eat very healthy, lot's of fruits and vegetables. I eat all organic. And no hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrups. I consume about 1400 calories per day on average. (without factoring in calories burned). I feel like I deprive myself, and am always hungry at the end of the day, because I feel I'm burning alot of calories but not eating enough.
I love eating dessert or snack at night. Do you think I could eat a snack or dessert at night 4 times a week without gaining weight?
