So I consumed 1612 calories today but burned off 830 with excersise and stuff around the house/studying. Do I subtract the 830 from 1612 and thats how many calories I ate?
I really want to eat a dessert but don't know I should? I am 5'5, and 122 lbs. I eat all healthy food. Could I add in 3-4 desserts per week without gaining weight?

---i'd say you could add a dessert. Kinda varies on the calories though-a special k bar wont have all the calories of a creme brulee. If you eat healthy theres nothing wrong with adding something sweet and im sure your body could use the extra sugar too
