Hi All - My name is Natalie, and I just joined today. From what I see this site seems pretty helpful. A little about me: I'm 55 years old, and I'm very overweight - at least about 30 pounds. Most of my weight is in my abdomen, upper and lower. It is really depressing for me, as I'm one that always used to be of a small frame, and able to eat whatever and whenever I wanted. Age sure does have a way of changing things! Anyway, I'm trying real hard to change my eating habits and to exercise more. I also have some health problems, but my doctors have told me that I must exercise. I look forward to communicating with you on this board. Thanks - Natalie/Natwriter
