I live in a high stress life. Four kids, a big house to take care of, and working in a job where I am stuck in a small house for 3 full days a week. At work, my boredom often turns to food. Does anyone know of a good healthy alternative to the sugary snacks I often crave? Is there a good way to get my cardio in at work when I can't leave the house?
Also, at home, during the day, between getting the kids taken care of and housework done, it's all I can do to grab a granola bar or feed myself coffee till dinner. Does anyone know something better (ie healthier) that works for them that I might try?
