Aminos when waking up at 3am?

Hello,

I usually wakeup once in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I wondered if it would be beneficial to take in some aminos or BCAA before going to sleep again? It seems to make sense in halting muscle catabolism during the sleep fast, although I'm not sure if it disrupts the sleep/recovery process by consuming these.
