I am just about to begin asap but I only have the use of my home to workout and I don't have a barbell or a block, so what can I do in place of all of these exercises with my dumb bells?
Barbell Flat Bench, Presses Deadlifts, Bent Over Dumbell Rows, Reverse Calf Raises
Push presses, military presses, Barbell Triceps Extensions,Vertical Bench Crunches
squats, sissy squats, donkey calf raises, straight leg deadlift
