Hey everyone
Im Tash, used to be an exercise freak when i was a kid, karate for 9 years, gymnastics for 4, now im 24 and can't run more then 3 minutes without puffing like a champion. Really wan to get back in shape
current weight 58.9kg aim weight 50kg (im on 4ft 9 by the way)
