What does it mean when it says "input weight"? I understand that in the blank spot under "reps" that I put the number of repetitions I did with each workout but I don't understand the input weight part. I'm doing a home exercise workout plan so how am I supposed to put a weight in there if I'm not using any weights or machines?

Put in a zero. If you put in bodyweight, that may change.... so I used to put in a "0" if I did something with no weights.
