Geetings! I've just joined the community in hopes of getting myself on track to a correct weight loss. Lost a number of pounds the wrong way a few years ago and have found them again. I'm a vegetarian of almost 2 decades (yes, veg*ns can be couch potatoes too) with a penchant for junk food and laziness. Recently got an ET which I am trying very hard to learn to love. I'll lurk about for a while before adding my own pointless ramblings and silly questions. Please, welcome me. :big_smile:
