Hi everyone, my name is phil. Im 29 years old, and I am 307 pounds.
My problem area is my belly. my arms and legs are in decent shape, its just my midsection that is out of control. I need to shed this access body fat!!
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and my doctor advised that it is largely due to my weight.
I am so out of shape, and a smoker. CARDIO KILLS ME!!! I managed to get through a 10 minute workout DVD from "the biggest Loser" series. I felt so fat and useless after i could barely stay moving for 10 minutes.
I need to change. The time is now.
I hope that i can stick to a workout routine. I usually last 2-3 weeks and fall off the wagon.
The beginning is always hard. But congratulations!!! you got through 10 minutes. Some people can't get through the first 5. Just make small goals, I want to lose 57lbs but I look at taking it 10lbs at a time. Once you start waking up those muscles that you haven't used in a while it will start to come together. Please don't quit :).
