I'm bored with my workout and I dread doing it everyday. Furthermore, I'm not sure it's even very effective anymore.

My current workout:

Day 1: Arms and Shoulders
Bicep Curl
Military Press
DB Curls
DB Press
DB Shoulder Flies

Day 2: Legs
Squat
Leg Press- Machine
Squat Machine
Hamstring Curls-Machine
Quad Curls- Machine

Day 3: Back
Bent Over Rows
DB Rows
Lat Pulldowns-Machine
Back Rows- Machine
Weight Assisted Chinups-Machine

Day 4:
Incline Bench (no spotter)
Standard Bench (no spotter)
DB Press
Pec Deck-Machine

Day 5: Tris
Close Grip Bench
Skull Crushers (lightweight to avoid aggravating an injury)
DB Kickbacks
Tri Push Downs-Machine

Of course, there's some cardio interspersed within. What would be a good way to switch it up? Should I go with total body workouts three days a week? Something like here (http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/football-strength-workout.html)?

I'm open to suggestions.

I'm not sure if I was supposed to include the link or not (sorry if I wasn't- I'll be happy to erase it), but essentially it is a full body workout that focuses on repetitive compound movements three days a week. So, Bench, Squats, Rows etc. everyday, with little or no supplemental exercises. I'm not sure if that would be overtraining or not.
