HI FORUM!

I have been working out for little over a month not, I'm not a small guy (short but stocky).

(1) My left bicep & tricep is noticably smaller than my right, and it shows as I lift, 7.5KG (3 sets of around 10) as that is only what my LEFT arm can do! I only match the same weight and reps on my right to try to make them even.... BUT HOW LONG CAN THIS TAKE... my right arm is still getting bigger and Im worried my left arm might not catch up!?!

(2) My right calf is a different shape to my left... My left has strong definition when tensed, looks almost diamond shaped (not in a weird way)... but my left doesn't tense as easily and its more rugby ball shaped, which I assume is less developed. I cycle and walk (jogging hurts my ankles and calves).. but what exercises can I do to improve my RIGHT CALF!
