How to carry out workouts provided?? For example for Monday,I will have to do 4 sets of push up with 1 set comprised of 15 times of push-ups.Do I have to do all 4 sets??
Nasir, I am also confused. Do I do all four sets of one exercise (ie: push ups)before changing exercises(side lats); or do I perform more of a "circuit" comprised of one set of each exercise four times?
