I have been trying to do research on a pre diet drink to boost fat loss/ gain muscle/ and little muscle pain WITH fast recovery... ANYONES thoughts would be most appreciated!!!
PRE WORKOUT: up @ 4:00 (DRINK Protein)
PRE WORKOUT: 4:30 (DRINK == 4 oz pickle juice & nitric oxide)
WORKOUT~~~~
POST WORKOUT: PROTEIN {WHEY} & 30 min later (8 oz lemon water)
ANY suggestions???
then 30 more min... fruit for bfast!!
