Hi, Im new here. Im 100 pounds, 5ft 4 and desperate to gain weight and be fit again. I am keen to gain around 21 lbs. I dont eat red meat, allergic to egg whites and dairy and hate soy! i like pretty much every other healthy food there is (except lentils).
Can someone give me advice on what i should be eating, how much and whether or not I should be doing any exercise (my friends say im too skinny to be doing anything heavy yet) but i dont want to be eating and sitting on my ass all day!
