It is so hard for me to get motivated to do anything even if I tell myself over and over that I want and need to lose weight. Is there any tips you can give me? Are there other people on here like me or once like me? If so please tell me what got you motivated to keep going :) Thanks!!!
Also, I haven't really worked out in the past, and it's hard for me to eat right because I don't have a job and I can't complain about what is being put in the house. I can't really do anything about any of this, is there a way to help me? or anything? I opt to eat less but even if I do the fat intake would still be great. Any suggestions?
