Hey everyone I am new. Me and my wife just went and signed up for the gym and will be getting started monday. I read a post about a gentleman who said he is tired of being fat and I understand how he feels. I am only 22 and i am 356 lbs which is currently the highest i have ever been. understand the depression part of it cause at times i feel the same way but I have alos cut out a few of the things I know aren't good for losing weight. The buffets being one of them as i have always had the theory that if im going to a buffet im going to eat my moneys worth and leave feeling sick almost b/c u eat so much. It is going to be a long journey but i have a main goal of getting to 230-240 would be my ideal weight range as i am 6' 4" and dont want to look like bones :)
