well i want to know if it matters to sleep often because i'm in a diet to cut fat but i'm home most of the time doing nothing till 7pm that i go out to the gym....

Yes your body bulids the muscle while you rest(sleep all you can!)

7707mutt i work at the clubs only 3 days a week which is thursday,friday, an sat, an i just started doing my diet so how can i do it when i work at 12am to 5am, if i'm suppost to eat only 6 meals a day for my diet or to reach my goal of nutrients during normal days when thursday comes i'm confuse cause i have to be awake at night also to work what should i eat do u know?

Well it is hard to get ehat you need at work. I have a job where I can keep a cooler at my desk and eat pretty much when I want. In you case I would suggest to get some protein bars/powerbars to eat while you work. They are loaded with the stuff you need. They are easy to take with you. Just do not eat them all the time. If you can try to get one good meal at work, but if you can not just eat a little more at home. As to what to eat I stay with good protein sources like tuna, chicken, steak, fish. My carbs come from rice yams potatos and veges. Hoe this helps
