hey ya'll... i'm looking for any suggestions for a 8-12 week success program for getting back to my high school status! now, that was only 4 years ago so it's not that unrealistic... i hope. i'm 180lbs now, and i was 155lbs in the good ol' days - at 5'10''. univsersity was taking a lot of time away from the gym, but now the time is available. any suggestions for a workout routine+ diet? lower body is the focus!!!!
