Hi, there's one issue bothering me.the whey powder that i am currently taking contains zero fat, 2 grams carbs and 24 grams of protein per serving.the ingredients are minimal and yes, a seven year old can easily pronounce them.i read somewhere that fat is the last thing you want immediately after your workout. why then so many well known brands ( that are said to work!!!) have at least 2 grams of fat in them? and all those "anti food" crap that your body is not supposed to be able to metabolize. thanks.
