I have been doing a regiment of HIIT on an adaptive motion trainer (sun, tues, thurs) alternated with full body weight training (mon, wed, fri).
I'm worried that I may be overdoing it.
The adaptive motion trainer mostly works my legs and with busting-ass on it one day and then lifting weights the next, I don't think I am giving my legs any time to recover.
Anyone know what I should be doing?
Should I just skip the leg part of my weight lifting routine?
