Hello,

I have about 30kg's to lose (if I was to go on a diet without muscle gain) and I have been working out for 3 - 4 weeks, so far I have not lost much weight but have lot's more muscle :-)

I work out as follows

3 days - 2 sets, 15 reps, about 10 machines
3 days - 45min Cardio

I really want to get into the heavy weights and do less reps to Gain some real muscle, do you think it is to soon to do this?, I feel i'm ready

Would you recommend I lose abit more weight before I start doing heavt weights (I like the idea of getting more muscle so the muscle will use more energy to lose the fat)

I would like to do 4 sets, 4 -6 reps, 10 machines (or free weights) 3 times a week
cardio 3 times a week

Thanks

Rhys

Hi Rhys mate, why not sign up for ft's 12 weeks muscle mass routine?!!!! Great program with great gains.

If you keep losing muscle mass maybe you should check your diet as well!!!

Thanks for the Reply!

I just read my first post again, I was meaning to say I have Gained more muscle :-)

I have another 2 weeks to go on my current routine, after that I think I will go for the 12week ft routine

With the 12 week muscle mass routine will I still lose some fat?

Thanks Again for your answer Nina :-)

By the way, what does "Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur." mean?, sounds pretty cool whatever it means lolz
