Hi AK, I think you started on the right foot... i.e. join this group !
So I see you joined a few days ago, was was your step number 2 ? I just joined a few minutes ago and I want to move to step 2 ====> do a 20 minute workout program (DVD). I will do that right after my coffee... I want to try to workout 6 days a week. I know it sounds like a lot, but I used to be in shape and I remember how good I felt after working out.
