Hi all. Not sure if this is the right medium for this post, but I can't seem to find a more appropriate place to post this.

I first signed up for FT in 2003 and when FT Pro was released I joined up on a lifetime membership. At that point I was experiencing no problems accessing the Pro features, but after a period of absence I am now not able to access these features even though I paid for a lifetime membership. Is there any way of getting access restored?

I believe one needs to contact George or Adrian. Someone else ran into this issue some months back and it was fixed.
