Is there someone who can tell me if it is true that when you stop taking creatine that you lose all you have worked for???
Suppose I am taking it for 5 months now and I have had nice gains, will all these muscles dissapear or is this a myth???

Looking forward to your answers,

you may lose some weight when you come off of it due to some water loss, but, if you have trained hard and used the creatine to your advantage, i.e., increase in strength, and, given you are still training, eating, and sleeping right, then, no, the actual muscle weight will not disappear.

Well if I gained 13 kilo in 5 months can I then safely say that this is not all water?

For 5 months now I have been eating 7-8 times a day with added protein shake and trained 5 times a week for 1 hour per training.
So what you say is that I might lose a few kilo's but the majority will stay on?
I did notice a huge increase in strength, I added 20 kilo to my benchpress, don't know if this is much in 5 months time but thats what other members are here for:)

With that last sentence I meant, thats what other members are here for to tell me if lifting 20 kilo's more in 5 months is much because I have no way of comparing it. I can still only lift 70 kilos at benchpressing but for me thats very much ehehhehe
