Hi everyone, i'm 23 years old, 136lbs and looking to get back down to 125lbs.
The heaviest I've ever weighed was 160lbs.
I gained 20lbs during a stressful time. I went from 125-145lbs in as little as 3 months. It was literally like waking up one morning and realizing I could no longer fit into my jeans. I've since gotten 9lbs off. This last 10lbs has been a huge struggle for me though.
I've since decided to stop weighing myself and to work as hard as I can to stop with the unhealthy food. I will weigh myself again in exactly one month. This also includes measuring myself, since I'm weight lifting on top of cardio.
If anyone else has simular goals, then let me know.
