Hello I just joined about 15 minutes ago and I'm looking for a fitness buddy. I'm 17 years so an adult buddy would be nice because they know more. But I would accept a teen buddy also. I'm 185 lbs but I'm 5'9 so you probably can't tell but I want to be at least 160 by spring or a little later. So if you could help me shed the 25 pounds and I help you in return I believe we both will be very satisfied come our weigh-in dates :))

When I was 17 I weighed 160lbs and then managed to get it down to 125lbs. I'm currently 136lbs, 10 down from a rapid weight gain due to both stress and lifestyle change.
