I'm 22 years old guy, 5'10 and weigh 168 lbs. I don't think I need to lose weight. I mainly would like to work out my abs and upper body and arms. I need a routine or any suggestions on what kind of workouts I should be doing. I prefer to work out at home rather than join a gym. If anyone who has experience and can help out that would be great.
