Hi I am just starting and would like all the help and support that I can get. I tend to quit after about two weeks. I only succeded once and that was because I had team members to help encourage me and I wasn't going to be the one to let them down, if I could help it. Even though I am new here please won't some of you help me by supporting me with this and help me not to quit by the end of this month. I know I can do this I just need a little push and encouragement every now and then.:(

thanks for the encouragement, I know that I can, sometimes I just want to give up because I don't see the results. The thing is is that everybody else can see them.:)

I have found the perfect place to be then!! With all the encouragement on here I don't think that I'll quit. I know that there will be times that I'll want to but I'm pretty sure that with everybody on here I'll get back on track. Wish me luck because I start the excersises on Monday, well I'll everything on Monday. In addition to the excerises on here I'll have work to help my arms and chest a little, I lift 50-55 pound bags of ingredients all day long. It depends on what I'm making that determines how many I lift. I'm so sore from yesterday from work because just from one ingredient I had to lift 670 pounds of it, it comes in 50 pound bags....ouch!:big_smile:
