With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Ok- so I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds. I just started this program and so far I've had a hard time matching up with the amount of protein/fat/carbohydrates it suggests that I eat. I seem to hit the carbohydrates just right on some days, but I'm always WAY too low on the protein and I go over in the fats...even if I try to eat healthy! Any advice on how to balance these out?
