Heyhey all, i could really use some experience right now!
I'm 19, 5'10 and roughly 70 kgs, pretty good fitness and active sportsman
I'm currently training at home only with free weights (only dumbells) and a pull up bar and I really want to get much bigger, currently i lift heavy weights, low reps (6-8) more sets (4-5)
Right now this is my routine:
Monday- Back - one arm rows, palms facing each other pull ups, wide grip pulls ups, lying hyperextensions
Bicep - curls, hammer curls, seated half curls
Forearm - wrist curls
Tuesday - Abs
Wednesday - Chest - Push ups, deep pushs
Triceps - pullovers, kickbacks, dips
Thursday - Abs
Friday - Legs - Weighted Squats, Calf Raises, Holding toilet position
Shoulders - Presses, lateral raises, upright row
But at the moment im gaining mass very slowly, is there anything i can do to increase my size more? I was thinking about working each muscle group twice in a week but im pretty much clueless so could really use some advice!thanks
