HI! Im Ashley 25, 133 lbs. I generaly gain wait in my midsection and thighs :/ I really want to just tone up, not necessarily loose a bunch of weight! Anyone in the same boat as me? I need some incouragment!!
I'm the same, I tend to carry this bit of a pot in front of me (I'm about 198lbs) and it's really annoying. All in all, I'm not too badly off, but I'm hell keen to shed this belly of mine, and tone up a bit. I'm wanting to drop about 30 - 35lbs, tone up and just generally feel more alive.
