Greetings from New Zealand. Yes, we do have more here than just sheep and hobbits! I found this plae through Google, looks like it's going to be quite useful. I'm not doing too badly at the moment, but could stand to lose probably about 15 kg (about 35 lbs), generally tone up, increase my stamina and just feel better about myself.
The journey begins! Time to get my lazy butt in shape. :)
