I am 39 years and have 68 KGS weight and 5 ft 2 inch hight. I have high cholestrol level. I daily go to park on bicycle total travelling 16 minutes both side and jogging 4.5 Kilometer in 21 Minutes also do some puchups . Is this routine is OK
