ermm a little advice please

ok, i´m just about to start a diet for about the 100th time!!..although i´ve never lasted any long than a week..i am extremely weak willed when it comes to dieting and need to know if anyone has any tips. The hardest part is when i get hungry..really hungry on a night when i finish work at 10pm..i just have to walk into a supermarket and i give up, i´m very good at making excuses..the old..i´ll start again tommorow, and tommorow never comes!

Any ideas on how to combat this???? help or i´m going to explode! thanks

Stop thinking diet. You will either change your lifestyle or you will fail. It starts in your head. You have to make up your mind to change the way you live...for good. Nothing else will work. Motivation is like great sex. It starts between the ears.

Great comment charlie....stop thinking diet...it is a lifestyle change and it would take time to get use to but it is worth it....
