Ive been doing home workouts for 4 weeks now my exerxise charts show that ive reached a plateau. I hav been increasing my reps by 2 a day and imup about five on crunches curls and pushups.im no in pain and I feel good how do I increase reps the right way to get the most out of my workuts and so it reflects in mt charts.

I'd start adding some weight if you can. If you are not able to add weight, try varying your routine. ie., put your feet up on a bench when doing pushups, hold something heavy when doing squats, etc.
